We deal exclusively in 100% authentic, verified supplements. Because of the consumable nature of these products and the rampant fakes in the Indian market, our return policy is strict, transparent, and designed to protect the integrity of our stock.
1. The Svesto Golden Rule: Mandatory Unboxing Video 📹 To claim any return, refund, or exchange, you must provide a continuous, uncut, 360-degree unboxing video.

What it must show: The sealed shipping box, the shipping label, cutting the box open, and a clear inspection of the supplement tub and its importer seals.

Why? It proves the item was damaged, tampered with, or incorrect upon arrival, protecting both you from courier issues and us from fraudulent returns.
2. When are Returns & Exchanges Accepted? (Within 7 Days) ✅ We will happily offer a free return, replacement, or full refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions (verified via your unboxing video):

Wrong Product Delivered: You ordered Whey, we accidentally sent Mass Gainer.

Damaged in Transit: The tub is physically cracked, or the importer seal is broken upon arrival in the sealed box.

Near Expiry: The product delivered has less than 60 days of shelf life remaining (unless explicitly stated on the product page as a clearance item).
3. When are Returns NOT Accepted? ❌

You opened and consumed the product: If you break the official importer seal or consume the powder, the tub is yours. We cannot accept returns on opened supplements for safety reasons.

"I don't like the taste / mixability": We source authentic products; we do not manufacture them. Authentic brands taste how they taste. We cannot accept returns for flavor preferences.

4. The Return & Refund Process 🔄

Report it: Send your unboxing video and order number to our WhatsApp (+91 8950407581) or email (ask@svesto.com) within 7 days of delivery.

Verification: Our team will review the video within 24 hours.

Free Reverse Pickup: If approved, we will schedule a free reverse pickup from your address. (No restocking fees, ever).

Resolution: Once the original tub reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will immediately ship your replacement or initiate a 100% refund. Bank refunds typically reflect within 3-5 business days.
